Enchanted Garden Gala

The Enchanted Garden Gala transformed The Foundry's industrial architecture into a whimsical botanical wonderland for a milestone anniversary celebration. Two hundred guests stepped through a vine-covered archway into a space where exposed brick met cascading greenery, suspended terrariums, and candlelit pathways that wound through living garden installations.

A bespoke tasting menu drew inspiration from global garden cuisine, with each course presented as a miniature edible landscape. Interactive stations included a perfume blending bar, a watercolor portrait artist, and a botanical cocktail laboratory where mixologists crafted drinks infused with herbs picked from the venue's own rooftop garden. The evening concluded with a lantern release into the Long Island City sky.
