When David and Claire Harrington approached us about a destination wedding in Tuscany, their vision was clear: an intimate yet grand celebration that honored the romance of the Italian countryside. Over the course of twelve months, our team transformed that vision into a three-day affair that their 150 guests will never forget.
Day one began with a welcome dinner at a centuries-old olive grove, where long harvest tables were dressed in linen and wild herb arrangements. Local musicians played as guests arrived by vintage shuttle from their accommodations in the nearby village. The evening set a tone of relaxed elegance that carried through the entire weekend.
The ceremony on day two took place in the villa's private chapel, followed by a reception under a canopy of thousands of fairy lights strung between ancient cypress trees. The design palette drew from the Tuscan landscape itself, with terracotta, sage green, and ivory woven into every detail from the stationery to the five-course dinner by a Michelin-starred chef.
Day three concluded with a farewell brunch by the villa pool, complete with espresso carts and a gelato station. Every logistical element, from international vendor coordination to guest transportation across the countryside, was managed seamlessly by our on-site team. The Harrington wedding stands as a testament to what is possible when meticulous planning meets creative ambition.
